Bars and Nightlife in Leeds
Clubbers can get down and boogie at Think Tank, The Elbow Room
and Po Na Na. Beside the Boars Lane, you can also find the Majestyk Nightclub
which is the biggest club in Leeds as well as the most popular, or else go to
Jumpin Jacks where you can dance the night away. On the way down the Headrow
walking towards East Gate, and beside the Odeon Cinema, there is a bar known
as the Atrium which is also a late club which is brilliant. More to choose from
can be found at the Harrison Street which is Club Heaven and Hell which is opposite
the Atrium as well as the Mint Club which is also a great club. The Warehouse
has alternative music at weekends.
For the Techno lover, head over to Morley to the Orbit at After
Dark, which is considered the best industrial Techno venue in England. The city
has become oh so trendy with lots of restaurants and cafes, as well as swanky
bars and nightclubs to keep the younger generation entertained through the night.
The Skyrack and the Original Oak pubs are among the most popular pubs of Leeds.
for top class cafe bars, try the Metz, or the Cuban Heels, and the Elbow Room,
which are all popular and give great service. The likes of Revolution, Moderno
and Milo or Norman are all in the Exchange Quarter. This area is around the
Corn Exchange and has great bars.
Call Lane is a great place to start a pub crawl. Up Boar lane
you will come across Yates Wine Lodge, The Observatory and the Bar Censsa. Other
gems around the city would be the Whitelocks, The Wardrobe and Josephs Well.
The Headrow area would have the Slug and Lettuce, Bar 38, Henrys, Parisia and
All Bar One, serve the business community. Also one will find more pubs around
the Library and the Civic Hall.
